Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:
  • All bookings with Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours Company are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be received 45 days prior to the departure date.
  • Payments can be made via bank trasnfer or credit card payment links.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
  • Cancellations made within 45-30 days of the departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 30-15 days of the departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 15-7 days of the departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total tour cost.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 dyas or less of the departure date or for no-shows.
  1. Changes and Modifications:
  • Changes to bookings, including itinerary modifications and date changes, may be subject to additional fees and availability.
  • Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours Company reserves the right to modify or alter tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
  1. Travel Insurance:
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged luggage.
  1. Health and Safety:
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are in good health and able to participate in the activities included in the tour.
  • Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours  Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or other health-related issues that may occur during the tour.
  1. Travel Documents:
  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or medical certificates.
  • Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours Company is not responsible for any delays, fines, or expenses incurred due to missing or invalid travel documents.
  1. Responsibility and Liability:
  • Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours Company acts as a tour operator and arranges travel services on behalf of our clients. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or service providers.
  • EMT Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
  1. Code of Conduct:
  • Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times during the tour.
  • Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the tour for any traveler who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • Exotic Myanmar Travels & Tours Company is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the tour itinerary caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Myanmar and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction.
