Day 1 YANGON ARRIVAL
Upon your arrival (Depends on Your Arrival Flight) at the airport, you will be welcomed by your tour guide who will be holding a placard with your name on it. This is a wonderful way to start your journey! Check-In your hotel, the guided tour will start with a visit to Sule Pagoda, located at the heart of the city. The tour will also include a range of beautiful colonial style buildings, as well as the City Hall, High court a fine example of Myanmar architecture, and the Independence Monument exists. Continue your tour by passing City Hall, a little India and a little China. Visit the Shwedagon Pagoda, one of Myanmar's most sacred sites, and watch as the sun sets over its golden dome. Then, head to bustling Chinatown for the night market. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day 2 YANGON – BAGAN (By Flight) Breakfast
After having breakfast at hotel, you will be transferred to Yangon International Airport for flight to Bagan. Upon arrival in Bagan, set off to some of the area’s highlights, including the golden Shwezigon Pagoda, Gupyaukgyi Pagoda, noted for its frescoes and stucco works, and Ananda Temple, a masterpiece of the Mon architecture. After lunch, check-in to your hotel in Bagan and rest for a while. Later in the afternoon, the guided exploration of Bagan continues with Dhammayangyi , the largest of Bagan’s temples as well as Thatbyinnhyu Temple and ManuhaTemple. Admire the beautiful sunset from the summit of selected pagoda by our guide to round the day off. For a remarkable evening experience, A horse-drawn cart will take you at the sunset in Bagan. Day 3 BAGAN SIGHTSEEING (Breakfast)
After having breakfast at hotel, start the day with a visit to the vibrant morning market in Nyaung-U, catching a glimpse of local life and culture. Then, make a stop at a palm tree workshop -learn about collecting toddy (the juice of the palm tree) for making liquor, molasses and oil. Aside from its impressive variety of Buddhist religious and cultural heritage, Bagan is also famous for its exquisitely decorated lacquer ware. The afternoon tour includes a visit to a lacquer ware shop in New Bagan - here you can watch artisans craft, paint and engrave lovely cups, bowls and other accessories. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
Day 4 BAGAN – MANDALAY (by Land) (Breakfast)
After having breakfast at hotel , Check out to Bagan, Starting trip to Mandalay (the journey lasts approximately 4 hours during), And you will visit Mahamuni Image where you will see local people pray and stick gold paper on the Buddha for blessing. You can also try to make your wish and donate money (buy) for gold paper to stick the gold paper on the statue (only man allowed to stick the gold). On the way to the Mahamuni Image, you will visit a gold paper factory to see how people made the gold leaf. In the evening Sunset at U Bein Bridge is a crossing that spans the Taungtaman Lake near Amapura, the 1.2 Km bridge was built around 1850 and is believed to be the oldest and longest teakwood bridge in the world. Day 5 MANDALAY-MINGUM-MANDALAY (Breakfast)
After breakfast, take a one-and-a-half-hour cruise on the Ayeyarwaddy River to the ancient city of Mingun. Upon arrival, sights include Mya TheinTan Pagoda and Mingun Bell, said to be the largest working bell in the world. Return by coach to Mandalay, In the afternoon, continue your sightseeing tour in Mandalay -major highlights include in Kuthodaw Pagoda, containing the world’s largest book and Shwe Nandaw Monastery, one of the finest examples of traditional Myanmar-style wooden monastery building in the country, Sandamani Pagoda is a Buddhist stupa located southwest of Mandalay Hill. It was commissioned by King Mindon Min in 1874 as a memorial to Mindon Min's younger brother, Kanaung Mintha, Sandamuni Pagoda Enshrines the Biggest Iron Buddha Image. Enjoy the evening sunset at Mandalay Hill, overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day6 MANDALAY-SAGAING-AVA (By Car) (Breakfast)
Moring breakfast at hotel. Starting visit to Sagaing Mandalay is located just 12 miles from Mandalay and can be reached by crossing the long Sagaing Bridge over the Irrawaddy River, 20 km to the south-west of Mandalay on the opposite bank of the river. Sagaing, with numerous Buddhist monasteries, is an important religious and monastic centre. The pagodas and monasteries crowd the numerous hills along the ridge running parallel to the river. In Sagaing visit U Min Thonze (Hall of thirty Buddhas) the central pagoda, Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda Kaung Hmu Daw Pagoda After process to Inwa (also known as Ava), a former royal capital of Myanmar Kingdom on the confluence of the Ayeyarwaddy River and Myitnge River. After crossing the Myitnge River by a small ferry boat, we will take a horse cart to explore the ruins of the old royal capital including the watchtower, the 27m tall leaning tower of the old royal palace, Maha Aungmye Bonzan monastery (also known as Me Nu Oak Kyaung) built of brick in traditional style with elaborated stucco ornamentations that looks like carvings and the Bargaya monastery, a splendid teak wood monastery with wood curving. Continue visit to the olden pagodas complex and visit the "Yadanarsimi" Pagoda Return back to Mandalay. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 7 MANDALAY – PYIN OO LWIN (Breakfast)
After having breakfast at hotel, and then drive Mandalay to the colonial hill station, Pyin Oo Lwin (formerly known as Maymyo), situated 1050 above sea level and located 69KM east of Mandalay. Used by the British as a summer retreat, due to the cooler climate, this picturesque town is a joy to walk around. Sightseeing included in Maha Ant Htoo Kan Thar Pagoda (Also known as Pyi Chit Pagoda) and Peik Ching Myaung Cave, In the afternoon visit some of the picturesque waterfalls, guided tour of coffee plantation in the surrounding area. Day 8 PYIN OO LWIN -MANDALAY (Breakfast)
After having breakfast at hotel, Visit the beautiful National Kandawgyi botanical gardens It was situated at an elevation of 1000 metres and 69 km. Continue to Organic Farms houses in December Garden relax in time, In the late afternoon return back to Mandalay, Free time at Mandalay. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 9 MANDALAY –HEHO- INLE LAKE (Breakfast)
After breakfast, check out to Mandalay at Heho. Starting trip to Heho (Inle Lake) (the journey lasts approximately 07 hours during). Inle Lake 256 km (depends on your routing). Then, proceed to Red Mountain Estate Vineyards and Winery in the hills of southern Shan state for a wine-tasting of locally grown wine. Return to the lake by coach. Upon return, you will be provided with canoes from the hotel to explore the lake at your own pace. Overnight in Inle Lake.
Day 10 INLE LAKE (Breakfast)
After breakfast, start the day with visiting a local floating market. Next, transfer by boat to Indein Pagoda, which is a meeting point of Myanmar’s many ethnic groups. Sightseeing on the lake. This will include the famous leg-rowing fishermen, floating gardens and the villages on stilts. A stop will also be made at Paung-Daw-Oo Pagoda, an important religious site in the Shan State. After lunch, visit traditional Shan style monastery Nga-Phe-Chaungand and Inntha village for tea and snacks. Next, visit a silk weaving workshop to watch the fascinating process of spinning and weaving lotus flowers into stunning products such as scarves and shirts. The last stop for the day will take you to a silversmith workshop to watch artisans craft lovely pieces of jewelry. Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.
Day 11 HEHO-YANGON DEPARTURE (Breakfast)
After having Breakfast at hotel, check out and transfer to Heho airport for your flight to Yangon, explore the lively cultural capital of Myanmar. The sightseeing tour starts with the short stroll at nearby Kandawgyi Park. Proceed to Bogyoke Aung San Museum, the former home of General Aung San -hero of Burmese independence and father of Nobel Peace Prize laureate and opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi. Next, explore downtown Yangon where the British colonial influence is still evident. The journey continues to Bogyoke Market, formerly known as Scott's Market, a hub for Burmese traditional handicrafts such as stone, wood, and bronze carvings (Closed on Mondays and Public Holidays). End of Myanmar trip, Continue to Yangon International Airport, for your next destination.
