Day 1: Yangon City Highlights

Arrive in Yangon, the cultural capital of Myanmar, and embark on a captivating tour of the city's highlights. Start with a visit to the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, an iconic golden temple that stands as a symbol of spirituality and serenity. Explore the bustling streets of downtown Yangon, admiring the colonial architecture and vibrant markets. Discover the tranquil Kandawgyi Lake and the nearby Karaweik Hall, a stunning replica of a royal barge. End the day with a visit to the Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, home to a colossal reclining Buddha statue. Enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant and immerse yourself in the city's vibrant atmosphere.

Day 2: Bago Ancient Capital and Htaukkyant War Cemetery

Embark on a full-day excursion to the historic city of Bago, known for its rich cultural heritage. Visit the Shwemawdaw Pagoda, one of the most revered Buddhist sites in Myanmar, and marvel at its towering spire. Explore the intricately carved sculptures at the Kyaik Pun Pagoda and pay your respects at the impressive Shwethalyaung Buddha, a reclining statue measuring over 55 meters in length. Later, visit the Htaukkyant War Cemetery, a solemn memorial dedicated to the Allied soldiers who lost their lives during World War II. Return to Yangon in the evening and enjoy some leisure time to relax or explore the city on your own.

Day 3: Twante Pottery Village and Yangon

Morning drive Yangon to Twente, (passing through Hlaing Thar Yar) A charming town known for its traditional pottery. Visit Shwe Sandaw Pagon, port Factory and local workshops and witness skilled artisans shaping clay into intricate pottery pieces. Learn about the traditional techniques and try your hand at pottery making. Enjoy a delicious lunch overlooking the river before returning to Yangon. In the afternoon, Return back to Yangon.
