Myanmar Golden Route in Yangon-Heho(Inle)-Bagan-Yangon (05 Days /04 Nights)
Day 1: Arrival in Yangon Sightseeing
Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Meet and greet by our representative. Private transfer from the airport to your hotel in Yangon. Check-in at the hotel. Visit the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda, Myanmar's most sacred Buddhist site, and explore its golden stupas and serene atmosphere. Head to Sule Pagoda in the heart of downtown Yangon, surrounded by colonial-era buildings. Explore the Yangon City Hall and the High Court Building for their impressive colonial architecture.
In the afternoon Visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott Market) for shopping and experiencing local crafts, jewelry, and souvenirs. In the evening sightseeing; Take a walk around Kandawgyi Lake and enjoy the scenic views of the lake and the Karaweik Palace. Return to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel
Day 2: Yangon-Heho- (Inle Sighsteeing)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Yangon airport to Heho (Inle) lake. It is the second largest lake in Myanmar. On the ways Visit the Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery, known for its unique oval-shaped windows and intricate woodcarvings. Check in to hotel, Sightseeing includes in: visit to Indein Pagoda complex is situated on the west bank of Inle Lake. The group of pagodas is built by Pa-O tribes. It takes about 1 ½ by boat from NyaungShwe. This is one of the scenic boat tours in Inle. When the boat reaches Indein market, walk along the covered stairway to reach 1050 hidden pagodas of Indein.
In the afternoon visit PhaungDawOo Pagoda; wonderful floating gardens; native method of fishing; traditional weaving villages; village life in the lake and ancient Shan monastery at Ngaphaechaung; then discover the crafts and traditional handicrafts by visiting InPawkhone village. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 3: Inle-Bagan (By private Car)
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and depart from Heho (Inle Lake). Travel by car to Bagan, enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way. It takes approximately 8h 12m (This time not include waiting time on the way).
In the late afternoon arrive in Bagan Archaeological Zone, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bagan, located on the banks of the Ayeyarwady (Irrawaddy) River, is home to the largest and densest concentration of Buddhist temples, pagodas, stupas and ruins in the world with many dating from the 11th and 12th centuries, Check in to hotel. In the evening, embark on a relaxing sunset boat ride along the Irrawaddy River, enjoying the panoramic views of the temple-studded landscape. Relax at the Hotel in Bagan.
Day 4: Bagan Sightseeing
After breakfast at hotel, Morning we will go to visit, the colorful Nyaung U Market where is divided into different sections selling a variety of items and especially noteworthy, it includes a wet market. You can find almost everything from fresh fish, vegetables, handicrafts, to Myanmar sarong (locals call it "longyi"). Visit to the Shwezigon Pagoda, the prototype of later Myanmar stupas; Wetkyi-in Gubyakkyi Temple, with fine mural paintings of jataka scenes; Htiminlo Temple, noted for its plaster carvings; the Tharabar City Gate, the oldest extent of Bagan architecture. Afternoon visit begins with lacquer-ware factory, Myinkaba Gubyaukkyi Temple, a typical Mon style temple; Manuha Temple, a captured king's impression of life in prison; Nanpaya Temple; an earliest masterpiece with its fine stone carvings; In the evening we will go to sunset hill, take a photo view of Bagan. Relax at the hotel in Bagan.
Day 5: Bagan -Yangon Departure
After breakfast at hotel, Moring transfer to Nyaung-U airport fly to Yangon. Direct Departure to your next destination. Have a wonderful journey!!!
