ITINERARY

DAY 1: WELCOME TO BALI! Arrival in Bali

Arrived in Bali, meet and greet by our representative at the arrival hall, and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Ubud ( See option hotel below )

DAY 2: Hotel – Ubud   (B,L)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Visit to Elephant cave ( Goa Gajah ) the mysterious cave which dated back to the 11st century. Hewn out of the rocks, the cave entrance is fantastically carved and depicts entangles leaves, animals, ocean waves and demonic human shapes.

The visit to Sacred Monkey Forest Ubud, The Ubud Monkey forest lies within the village of Padangtegal, which owns it. The Village’s residents view the Monkey forest as an important spiritual, economic, educational, and conservation center for the village. Other than around 700 monkeys, you will also can see 186 species of trees in 12.5 hectares of forest, where will allowing you to get an abundant of fresh air.

Your trip continue to the Central of Ubud. Puri Saren Ubud is the palace of the latest King of Ubud. The palace has

great Balinese art design, very interesting place to visit. Just across the road from the palace is Ubud art market selling various Balinese art work.

Leave the central Ubud and stop at the charming village of Tegalalang. It is the location of one of the most popular images of Bali, the terraced rice fields.

DAY 3: Hotel – Ubud

OPTIONAL TOURS:

1.KINTAMANI LAKE & VOLCANO TOUR

The tour is perfect introduction to Bali’s fascinating culture and handicrafts, offering picturesque rice fields and villages, and the spectacular lake and volcano as a highlight.

First stop is the stone carving village of Batubulan to see the colorful and exciting Barong Dance. After the performance, drive through to the village of Celuk, famous for its gold and silver works. You can watch skilled artisans creating exquisite pieces from gold and silver.

Continued to the Balinese countryside to Mas - a village famous for its impressive woodcarvings, where you can see artisans chipping intricate design from blocks of wood.

Next visit is to the mysterious Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), which dates back to the 3rd century. Hewn out of the rocks, the cave entrance is fantastically carved and depicts entangled leaves, animals, ocean waves and demonic human shapes.

Your route takes you further inland through terraced rice field and up into the mountains, where the vegetation changes from small rice and vegetable plots to bamboo forests clove and citrus fruit trees. There will also be a visit to local village on route during the day. On arrival at Kintamani, enjoy spectacular views of Mount Batur, with ribbons of black lava running down from its peak in the valley below. The crater is holy and a sanctuary at the top is dedicated to fertility goddess. Next to Mount Batur, Lake Batur shimmers like a sheet of blue glass - a wonderful photographic opportunity. Lunch will be provided at local restaurant in Kintamani (meal is included – food only ).

The route back to your hotel takes you to one Bali’s holy springs. The waters are believed to have magic curative powers and people journey from all over Bali to purify themselves in the clear bathing pools. In Ubud, the artistic heart of Bali, visit one of the many art galleries and watch the artists at work.

2.BERATAN TEMPLE and TAMAN AYUN

In Bedugul, an attractive mountain resort located 850 meters above sea level, serene Lake Beratan fills the ancient crater of Mount Batukaru and the local people honor the goddess of the lake at a temple built on small strip of land. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant ( Food only )

Then drive along to the Royal Temple of Mengwi - Pura Taman Ayun. Dating from 1634, this picturesque complex

surrounded by a moat with multi-roofed meru shrines and intricately carved wooden gates.

1.   FULLDAY BALI HAI LEMBONGAN DAY CRUISE

Experience the unspoilt charms of the peaceful tropical island of Lembongan. Transfer in comfort to Lembongan Island aboard the luxury catamaran 'Bali Hai II' and spend the day relaxing on golden sands, swimming in lagoon pools or there is an array of activities for you to enjoy.

After cruising in comfort to Lembongan Island aboard the luxury catamaran 'Bali Hai II', you are transferred to a private Beach Club. Here you can relax on golden sands, lie back in the shade of the tranquil gardens, or cool off in the lagoon pool. If the mood takes you, an array of activities

includes pool volleyball, banana boat rides, snorkeling and island excursions. To add to the tropical atmosphere there is an appetizing Buffet lunch, which includes salads, sausages and fresh fish grilled at the pool-side cabana.

There are a number of optional activities that you can organize on the tour day, for an additional price:

2.  HALFDAY TANAH LOT SUNSET TOUR

MENGWI TEMPLE, BALI MONKEY FOREST, AND TANAH LOT

On this tour you will take journey into the countryside by coach and make a stop to take a short walk (approx. 300 meters) through Scenic Rice Paddies. Cultivated in unique Balinese style, surrounded by coconut trees and tropical horticultural plants including sweet potatoes and tapioca. At the end of your stroll, relax in a Balinese pavilion and sample traditional Indonesian fried tapioca and sweet potato together with mineral water, tea or coffee.

After leaving the village of Gulingan, you will drive along to the Royal Temple of Mengwi - Pura Taman Ayun. Dating from 1634, this picturesque complex surrounded by a moat with multi-roofed meru shrines and intricately carved wooden gates.

You will then proceed to the sacred Monkey Forest, a cluster of towering trees which is home to hundreds of monkeys.

Last stop is Tanah Lot, famous in Bali as the Sunset Temple. Experience the sunset beyond the black lava towers of the sacred 16th century temple, built on a lava rock 200 meters off shore.

 

3. KECAK ULUWATU AND SEAFOOD DINNER AT JIMBARAN BAY

Visit the Southern cliff of Bali. Rocky precipice drop almost 100 meters into the ocean. The famous small temple of Pura Luhur Uluwatu balances picturesquely on the cliff’s edge, dating from the 10th century, it is one of the six temples of the world revered by all Balinese.

When the sun is set enjoy the legendary Kecak Dance performed by a group of men who dance in a circle around a blazing torch. Continue on for a delicious BBQ Seafood Dinner at Jimbaran Bay.
