Inle – Kakku – Taunggyi
After
breakfast from hotel leave for Magi-Zeik, trekking starting point,
then start trekking trip through a combination of soft and hard
leading to a Pa-O village Hte-Ne’, 450m up, it lies on the summit of
the mountain range, said to be a view point over the lake and its
environs. After trekking up for nearly (approx 4) hours, Hte-Ne’ is
also and ideal selected place to make a first stop for refreshment,
disposals and leisure break. Lunch with prior arrangement (or
Lunch-box) will be offered at a Pa-O residence in Hte-Ne’ village.
After lunch descending down to Naung Kae village about 1hour. From
Naung Kae we would keep one good running car ready for proceeding to
KAKKU Pagoda Complex about 30minute.
Naung-Ke is another Pa-O village is bright and colorful piece of
textiles ie. Pa-O shoulder-bags and other various designs and
colors. From Naung-Ke we will proceed to KAKKU pagoda complex. To
visit KAKKU pagodas a newly discovered with nearly 2500 Buddhist
stupas lying in a parallel rows in an area of about one square
kilometer in the deepest Pa-O territory. In the evening depart KAKKU
by car to Taunggyi the capital of Shan State about 1hour, and end of
services.

Taunggyi – Kakku – Inle
Meeting
point at GIC Taunggyi office at 8:00am.From Taunggyi we will proceed
to Kakku pagoda complex by car about 1hour. To visit KAKKU pagodas a
newly discovered with nearly 2500 Buddhist stupas lying in a
parallel rows in an area of about one square kilometer in the

4. After climbing up about 5 hrs from Magyigone village and
passing through endless view of plantation fields on the

GIC Thale U – Naung Lay – Kone Chan – Alemyaung
Pick up at hotel to GIC Tale-U if stay at
other hotel or leave GIC Tale- U at 7:00am & starting soft
trekking to Naung Lay & Kew Chan Village. There we can observe
old Monastery and Stupa near Kone Chan village .As time permits
strolling about and see the in and out of the local life-style.
On the way back we can see the sugar cane firms and cottage
industries. From there we continue walking through the garlic,
onion firms and proceed to Alai Myung, Intha Village near GIC

Day-1
After
breakfast leave for Magizeik (approx 10-min) by boat.
Magizeik is and Intha village lays on the eastern bank of the
lake also a good starting point for trekking trip to Pa-O area.
After trekking up about 4 ˝ hours, passing through many Pa-O
villages such as Taotan and The-Ne ( approx 1hrs) and etc, would
approached another Pa-O village Htee Ta Mong (approx 1 hrs).
The highlights would include passing through endless views of
farms and fields and climbing up to the summit of the mountain
range by a zigzag way.
Stops would be made on the way at any convenient Pa-O villages
for refreshment, disposal and leisure break.
Overnight would be made Hte-Ne village which said to be a view
point over the lake and its environs.
Would accommodate our clients at a headman’s residence and
dinner will follows with Pa-O food.
Day- 2
Pa-O breakfast at the village follows by
casual talks.
Start proceeding the trip by descending down to Naung-Ke’within
(approx 1 ˝ hrs) another Pa-O village.
One good condition car from the village would be kept ready
waiting at Naung-Kevillage to continue the trip to KAKKU pagoda
complex (approx: 3 hrs).
Arriving KAKKU pagoda complex and would offer lunch at Hlaing
Konn Restaurant.
Highlights of visiting would include exploring the fascinating
stucco works and styles and descriptions of the ancients
Buddhist stupas, lies in an area of one square kilometre.

Trek up to a typical Pa-O villages called INNE( approx 2 ˝ hrs),
lies on the slope facing to the mother lake, said to be a view
point over lake.
Stops would be made on the way for purposes of photos, disposal
and refreshment.
Lunch of the day would be offered at INNE village with packed
lunch or at a convenient house in the village with prior
arrangement. Menu would be of a Pa-O style.
After lunch start trekking up again to another Pa-O village
TAOTON also on the slope of the mountain range, which offers
visitors a birds eyes view over the misty valleys and its
environs.
Would accommodate our clients at a village headman’s in-house
room at TAOTON village. Dinner with Pa-O traditional cuisine
would follow with the farms.
Day – 2
Pa-O breakfast at the headman’s residence
follow with casual talks and chats.
Depart TAOTON village descending down to another village HTIREE.
It would take approximately 2 hours, passing through endless
view of fields and farms.
From HTIREE treks down to KYAUNGHTOE in a zip zap way a village
famous for its mass production of garlic, a main cash crop of a
Pa-O people in the region.
Lunch would be catered at KYAUNGHTOE village with Pa-O food.
After lunch then would precede approaching KAKKU area passing
through the following Pa-O villages.(a) Hti Htut (b) Ka Naing
Htaw (c) Hlaing Konn
Through these Pa-O villages, the life styles and unspoiled
culture of Pa-O people could be explored. Enter into KAKKU
pagoda complex and check in at Hlaing Konn Restaurant for

(2) See the Massive Stone at Kyauktalone Town said to be typical
and unique new town where our Pa O leader resides. We would see
the most interesting characteristics of a Pa O village that
having Pagodas and a monastery is for the monks.
(3) We would drive from Kyauktalone to Naung-Ke' a Pa O village
by car. A village which produces hand loon textiles of Pa O
costume and many other favorite colours patterns and new designs
in a commercial scales and exports to other regions.
(4) Then proceed to Hti Ne' also a Pa O village lies on the
summit of the mountain range, said to be a view point over the
Inle' and its environs.
(5) Lunch of the day would be catered at a Pa O village on the
way. We would release the car upon arrival at Hti Ne' village.
Catered dinner and overnight at Hti Ne' villages. Accommodation
will be provided at a neat and spacious Pa O headman's
residence.
DAY-4
(1) Breakfast at the headman's residence with
traditional food.
(2) After breakfast trek down in a descending attitude to Inle'
lake by passing through the following Pa O and Intha villages
(a) Hti Ta Khaw (b) Konn Lon (c) Naung-Khan (d) Man Aung etc.
(3) Arrival at Nampan Zaygone and proceed to Hotel by boat, due
to arrive before midday (Lunch Time).

DAY – 1
Start
trekking point at Minetauk Jetty.
Start trekking up to Minetauk Tawya monastery (Meditation
Centre) .Able to spend Something for Lunch break and or
meditation service at the monastery and observe the Fart Stedman
during the World War (II).
After Lunch and meditation start trek up to Inne via Paw Lapat
village about 3 hours .Passing through endless view of farms and
fields .From a view point bird eye's view over the lake is
marvelous and would really make you smile. At the end of Inne
village, warming greetings from the villagers would give you a
gentle smile. Pay homage to headwork and visit to families in
the villages, Betaler the village of Inne including home and Paw
Lapat villages at work in the farms of avocado, wheat, and corn,
orange could also be seen. Accommodations would be provided in
an house room. During, and Lunch would be offered in local style
with Pa – O food. Casual talks and chats could be exchanged in a
cordial way.
DAY- 2

Depart Inne village after exchanging views with the villages
descending from by another land route in a zig zag way passing
through Tapay Kone villages about 2 hours .
